MY APPROACH

My work brings together spagyric naturopathy, menstruality, and embodied listening.

Each journey grows from the person, their rhythm, story and vital energy.
Spagyric remedies, menstrual education, and conductivity are not separate tools, but parts of a single, coherent language of care.

Spagyric Naturopathy

Spagyric Naturopathy

Spagyric Naturopathy

A Western tradition of care, little known today, in service of wellbeing.

Have you ever wondered whether, in the West, ever existed a system of healing comparable to Ayurveda?
A coherent body of knowledge capable of considering the person as a whole and speaking a Western language?

Here we are.

Spagyric naturopathy has its roots in the ancient Western medical tradition—particularly in the humoral medicine of ancient Greece (Hippocrates), the Salerno Medical School, and the medical-philosophical approach of Paracelsus and Marsilio Ficino.

“Spagyric” may sound unusual.
The word comes from ancient Greek and refers to a process of extracting gifts: those of plants, which become powerful natural remedies, and those of the person, who through an accompaniment process can not only rediscover physical wellbeing, but also flourish in their uniqueness and innate genius.

Spagyric naturopathy is a bio-natural discipline that considers the person as a living unity of body, vitality, and emotional-mental experience, promoting paths of awareness and wellbeing that respect individual uniqueness and timing.

It may support those who:

  • experience acute or chronic physical imbalances

  • wish to understand their constitution and how to care for it over time

  • are navigating emotional or mental challenges

  • are in a phase of change and seek orientation and support

  • wish to explore and express their talents in a fuller way

Spagyric Remedies

Spagyric Remedies

Spagyric Remedies

The integrity of plants, crafted into remedy.

Spagyria is a laboratory art that gives rise to natural remedies known as spagyric remedies.

It is a form of advanced herbal medicine rooted in the Western tradition, working with the plant in its entirety through processes of separation, purification, and recomposition, resulting in liquid preparations.

The term “spagyrics” was coined in 1493 by Paracelsus, Swiss physician and alchemist, and derives from the Greek spaein (to separate) and ageirein (to reunite).

These spagyric processes were practiced already in ancient times—particularly in Mediterranean and Germanic areas—with the aim of extracting and making available the healing principles of plants, minerals, and metals.

Applied today to medicinal plants, spagyrics uses these same principles to create preparations that enhance not only active compounds, but also the plant’s vital quality and its specific way of relating to the organism.
Thanks to this refined process, compared to more common herbal preparations, spagyric remedies are generally used in lower dosages and do not tend to produce “healing crises.”

Life Energy Conductivity

Life Energy Conductivity

Life Energy Conductivity

Opening to life's current.

Life energy conductivity refers to the body’s natural capacity to circulate the vitality that moves through it.

When this circulation is fluid and harmonious, we feel more balanced, relaxed, and radiant.
When it is obstructed, tension, fatigue, confusion, or physical discomfort may arise.

The practices of conductivity I offer are somatic, simple, and progressive, inspired by various traditions that work with body and breath to promote joyful balance.

Among them is Conductivity Healing developed by Adi Da Samraj, alongside somatic practices found in Qi Gong, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Calisthenics, and Hydrotherapy.

The work unfolds through:

  • conscious breathing exercises

  • simple body practices

  • nervous system relaxation exercises

  • support for the body’s natural fluidity

These are not visualization techniques nor energy control practices.
They are embodied somatic practices that foster greater integration between the physical and vital dimensions.

When vitality can circulate more freely:

  • the body tends to self-regulate more easily

  • emotional excess softens and thinking becomes clearer

  • spagyric remedies are better integrated into the process

  • sensitivity to states of wellbeing increases

For this reason, in my work, spagyric remedies and conductivity practices support one another: the remedies dialogue with the system, while the practices encourage openness and receptivity.

Working with vitality means creating the conditions for the body to express its innate capacity for self-regulation.

Menstruality and feminine health

Menstruality and feminine health

Menstruality and feminine health

The menstrual cycle is a living map.

It tells how energy moves through the body, how the system responds to stress, and how life shapes individual experience.

Learning to read your cycle means learning to decode your health and vitality, creating greater harmony with the natural rhythm of life.

The menstrual cycle is not a problem to manage.
It is a system of orientation and a sophisticated process of creative reproduction—not only of children, but also of visions, projects, expression, and transformation.

Modern medicine often considers it only in terms of fertility or pathology.
Direct observation and a growing body of research show instead that the menstrual cycle is one of the main indicators of physical, hormonal, and emotional health.
It is not by chance that it is defined as the fifth vital sign.

Pain (from simple cramps to conditions such as endometriosis), irregularities, premenstrual syndrome, heavy or scanty flow are not the problem in themselves: they are signals.

Signals that tell us:

  • how stress is processed or held

  • how nourishment becomes living body

  • how energy is spent and restored

  • how life force moves through the body across the cycle

Fertility—and therefore ovulation, which is not guaranteed simply because menstruation occurs—emerges only when the system as a whole is sufficiently supported.

Ovulation and fertility are expressions of high vitality, but cannot occur continuously.
Cyclical health arises from the alternation between phases of activity and rest —a vital pulse, like the heartbeat.

Understanding the rhythm of one’s own cycle may support those who:

  • experience acute or chronic physical imbalances (such as amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, irregular cycles, polycystic ovary syndrome, or endometriosis)

  • have difficulty conceiving or wish to approach fertility in a more conscious way

  • wish to understand their body in order to explore natural fertility awareness–based contraception

  • feel called to deepen their relationship with the cyclical and creative dimensions expressed through their body

Menstrual Education

Menstrual education is not about learning how to endure the cycle, but how to read it.
It means becoming familiar with:

  • your physical constitution

  • the rhythm of your menstrual cycle

  • the natural phases of openness, creativity, withdrawal, and regeneration

  • the signals of transition between different phases of the cycle and of life
(menarche, fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause)

When you really feel and understand your cycle, you become able to:

  • recognise signs of imbalance earlier

  • prevent recurring difficulties

  • organizing your life, work and energy in sync with your cycle

  • learn how to support yourself through delicate hormonal and emotional transitions

The cycle thus becomes a resource rather than an obstacle: a sincere ally for living a more vital, creative life, rooted in the body and in the wellbeing of the nervous system.
