ABOUT ME
My name is Rossella Covi
My name is Rossella Covi
My name is Rossella Covi
I am a hygienist naturopath specializing in spagyric naturopathy, menstrual educator, and facilitator.
But first and foremost, a woman who has learned to approach the body as a space of inquiry, understanding, and transformation.
Since adolescence, I experienced intense menstrual pain, to the point of fainting, while being told that it was “normal.”
Today I know that it was not.
That intense experience became the beginning of a long exploration — shaped by study, experimentation, encounters, deeper listening, and change — which has led me to live menstruation and the entire cycle in a completely different way: without pain, and with a deep perception of its regenerative power.
This personal journey is inseparable from my professional practice. My work grows from the intersection between what I have studied and what I have lived and learnt in my own life.
Over time, I trained in herbal medicine, iridology, hygienist naturopathy, hydrotherapy, and spagyric naturopathy, and I have worked as a trainer and educator in many contexts (with adults and kids) — from intercultural communication to environmental education, and later menstrual education.
Facilitation, playfulness, embodied experience, and participation have always been the common thread in the way I accompany others toward new discoveries and knowledge.
Alongside my professional path, a personal inquiry has brought me into contact with different spiritual traditions and contemplative paths. I do not use these as techniques in my sessions, yet they have deeply informed the way I listen, relate, and accompany others. Among them are the psychosynthesis of Roberto Assagioli and the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Adi Da.
In particular, my encounter with the practices of life-energy conductivity taught by Adi Da allowed all these threads to weave themselves into a single, simple, and coherent tapestry.
Today, I accompany women and people with a uterus in rebalancing their bodies and coming to know and inhabit their own cyclicity, body, and vitality as resources for wellbeing, creativity, and regeneration.
